• LL the slags wats wiv it????? they want ur money k so b careful 1st time i met her £20 goes missing 2nd time i meet her £80 goes missing i meen wat the fuck blinded by the love or sumink like that !!!! any way hastings full of tramps scummy tramps seriously nobody can afford clothes and robbin a corna shop 4 sweets aint cool if u went 2 prison 4 that u WOULD be bum'd wanna be real men make sum propa money and buy urselfs a pair of nike trainers u reebok towting tramps. u all think ur bad cus ur frm st leonards ur pussy pure pussy nah not even pure pussy dirty stinkin pussy onli way ur gonna knock sum1 out is wiv ur smell. get back 2 the job centre u tramps LL im gona hit u nd ur new shit up dnt b finking ur safe ha ha haah aint nobody safe in this world !!!

• I moved to hastings in 1996 which was the biggest mistake of my life! Hastings has allot to offer but....imo it’s let down by 75% of the people that live here (most are outsiders) your find A high concentration of chavs, wiggers, pikeys & cretins. Seems to me that if you’re not a scumbag then you won't fit in here. Hastings is great for a day out with the family but I’d strongly advise against living here.
• Litter from mainly tourists!!! Dog poo on beach!Not enough job oppurtunities!

• Junk sellers heaven, low-end London commuters, Kosovan dumping ground, pikey harbour and smelly little alt. kids playground.
• the bit in the train station thats steps and then nothing. It's very scary!!
• Burberry caps and ignorant townie kids "innit"
• Hastings it soo 'group' orientated. There are always mini wars between groups its so sad.

• Amphetamine/crack/cider fueled satanism! Hastings is MENTAL, in a good way! Arrogant French tourists
• Being close to Bexhill
• I've been here for a while now and toured many of the pubs, clubs etc... but not found a single person i can buy 'stuff' from, does anyone know where i can buy some 'herbal medicine'in hastings?????

• The people! This town is full of single mums with loads of out of control kids, rough people, just general scum of the earth! Avoid the town centre on a Saturday afternoon. It's when the council dregs take over the town. I'm moving a.s.a.p.
• You have to travel all the way to Rye to get to Rock-a-Hula Rope Walk Shopping Centre

• Inconsiderate tourists The new town London road - very dodgy indeed.

• The local paper, The Hastings Obscurer No gay bars
• Beautiful old buildings going to ruin,some people who are just a bit too weird, and people drinking Special Brew in the giro queue at 8.30 in the morning!
• High drugs, homeless and crime rates.

• The murder capital of the South of England, the beggars in the street, the Londoners acting like tough-guys, the police are corrupt, the old dogs are usually of the human species, the town is a magnet for all forms of human sh1t.
• The pier has closed down untill further notice.11/11/99 Some street drinkers can be a pest around the town center and London Rd.
