- What has happened to The Kings Arms in Dew Street. What a dive it has become since it has been taken over in 2004. It was a cracking place to drink when Terry and Victoria owned it, cheap beer, no trouble and no SCUM!!
- I loved the Boot and shoe in Crundale 1998. What a pub. Afternoon with a Guiness and a steak and mushroom baguette. What more could u ask? Perhaps that you'd spent more time with the landlady. Anyone know where Joselle is nowadays.
- EDDIES IN QUAY STREET.!!! LEGENDARY!!! SOUTHERN COMFORT LIME AND LEMONADE!!!! FANTASTIC. THE ONLY PLACE IN TOWN A WOMAN CAN SIT ON A MASSIVE SET OF FINGERS IN PUBLIC AND GET AWAY WITH IT!!!! (SORRY ABOUT THE DOOR IN THE BOYS TOILETS ON NEW YEARS!)
- the Castle has got to be the classiest place in town, with its rich melting pot of identikit tattoo sporting clientelle, friendly local hambone bouncers and New Look beauties
- Well i wuld say bridgend but u find all the under 14's there. Then the friars but u got the arsewholes agen. Then we come to eddies which is quite good on a saturday night, then theirs the quay wit the one and only ervy bouncer gary, only jkin. - years ago i worked in the friars and i have to say that it was more like a good night than working, the atmosphere was brilliant and god did i see some things go on really good considering i was sober and everyone else was steaming drunk, not that that ever stopped me from going out and doing exactly the same sort of thing later on...........
- The Quay is good and The Friars! Castles quite good too!
- Bristol Trader - anyone else noticed how good its got lately? Heard it's come under new management. AT least haven't seen that mike dude around recently. Whatever their doing keep doing it. Fantastic atmosphere, friendly smiles, good beer and the new menu is cracking too.
- The hideaway for a £2 pint o' stella- solid
- the milf, nice place to hang out and play pool without being crushed/slobbered over by townies or deafining music.glen good for college students in there breaks or during lecture times lol.the castle and the friars are always guaranteed to be packed for a good pre sat nite out sesh.
- The Glen - greatest asset to Haverfordwest - Steve-o is a legend!!!!
- got to be The Kings Arms. without doubt the cheapest pub in town. branded beers £1.50 A PINT... spirits £1.50 A DOUBLE... alcopops £1.80. well worth checking out. got to be the place to meet and get drubk cheap!!!
- Ra Bar - great cocktails, cool music, friendly staff - cute barman/boy. Mixed crowd, a bit hippy dippy, great place to start off the evening - and end it after all those cocktails.
- mike's back doing kareoke in the castle hotel on weds & fridays with caro on sunday night...if you go there be nice
- I would like to point out, that i bought the horse and groom two months ago, it is no longer a shit hole, it is now one of the cheapest places to drink in town, along with The kings Arms (Which i also own) please up date your records as reading this was quite offensive. It is also a proven fact that the Kings Arms is by far the busiest place to be in haverfordwest on a saturday night. Thankyou!!!
- Laura's- S**thot. bad beer, too crowded, sh*te toilets- wouldn't change a thing!!
- Barking Shark, what can I say? A LOT of changes gone down there over the last couple of years. t least they got rid of that idiot manager, the one who was obsessed with Limp Bizkit and running teh place into a scummy little mosh pit where all the underage skaters in their chains and anti-society hoodies. New amangement now, but the fantastic staff are all going! Best times to be there were the dyas when Joanne, Kristel, Rob Scale, Niko, Gemma, Vikki, Kev, Trev, Matt J and Matt C all worked. SO much atmosphere, so much personality. Big smiles and a chat as you walked through the door! Also started clearing out some of that underage rubbish that the odd bloke from before left behind! It's a tough job bringing it back up but whoever's in charge now, you doing good!
- The Friars vaults,The Castle and Lower3 are happenin places unlike the shark or Laura's who will serve anyone and anything with cash!
- shark, frairs, lower three, eddies, milf,
- The milf used to be the best pub in town, spent many a happy school day shooting some pool and getting pissed there but it hasn't been the same since my old mate Dai Phillips left....does anyone know what happened to him, he just seemed to disapear
- The Pembroke Yeoman in Hill Street.
- For a good night out you can either go to the castle or to the barking shark. Every wednesday and sunday they offer a karoake night with chris lee and mike smales.
- trader = tommy pic, lauras = taskers. amen. friars now has a nice bloke landlord and will rise to greatness. who kicked the bikers out of the lower three?
- The Groom is naw a shithole which Sharon & Paul should buy and turn into flats so that they get rid of any possible compitition.
- The Friars has gone downhill since Kevin left in 1990. Chris Lee is still "THE" fun DJ.Yes I remember the spit in the chip fat too. Have you seen Chris Lee serve at Chicken Eddies? Wicked or what???
- The shark was the place to go when the likes of Darren, Niko, kev, and the girls worked there But seen as its a place for want to be rebels who dress like tramps and listen to I can shout louder than you music, avoid it!!! Unless the boys are back in town.
- The Castle Hotel, 1980-1985. Hasn't been the same since the renovation. The old crowd were great. Mike and Pam (landlord & landlady), Paul Rowe, Dai Phillips, Monkey, and all the crowd. Miss everybody.
The Friars Vaults, 1990-Present. How many of you know that the back room is located on top of the old outdoor toilet. Need I say more.
- camarthen arms, great atmosphere, cool spanish(i think)bartender
- I'll give a list of my favourites in Broad Haven:
1. Galleon INN
2. Broad Haven Hotel
3. The Royal
4. The Swan Inn
5. The Castle
- Always drink in the Services Club. Cheaper booze you see.
- No choice, just one pit after another!!
- Hideaway at the top of town is good, in a cellar, and their clocks alwaysa seem to stop as drinking up time approaches. Milford Arms, gets all the clubbers in of a Fiday night, quite fresh faced a lot of them.
- Summer time and outside the trader is the only place to be - not too bad in winter either!
- The 'Horse and Groom' the most wildest wackiest pub in town come along and meet the friendly locals such as the Hitchings brothers, Harry, Ronnie Arnold, Padder (alcoholic) the Blundell brothers, Jason Lewis, and many more even the landlords Henry and Vicky coles to be. Anyway happy hour every friday saturday and sunday 6 till 7pm, so come and join the locals and get P*SS*D UP!
- Barking Shark Were its happening Placeto be on a saturday night
- For a no nonsense pint try the PLASTERERS in Dew St, there you can enjoy scintillating company, intelligent conversation and may even get the chance to meet MIke Williams the pubs popular philosopher and learn about the meaning of life
- The Lower Three Crowns opposite the square is now a happening place to go, no 14 year olds!!!!!!!
- Two words for you...."BARKING SHARK" It's slick, mellow - a pub for the chillenium.
- yard of ale
- The Kings, Barking Shark, and my favorite: The Glen in Merlins Bridge - oh and the Rising Sun at Pelcomb is Ok as well
- Barking Shark
Trader
- Apparently, there's c.200 pubs in Harford.
- There is a good variety of pubs in the town. The Millf, Bristol Trader, The Castel and The County are the best.
- great karaoke on wednesday nights in the Castle hotel
- This one I could say a lot about, but honestly they're not worth it try going to Brighton! (or the Pembroke Yeoman cause I'm on commission!)
- The Friars, Lauras, The Bristol Trader, The Fishguard Arms
- The best one by far is the Bristol Trader especially on a hot summers day when you can watch people ponce on the river!! Avoid Ryans' bar like the plague!
