  • Most of the fat mares who go out every weekend
  • prendergast massive.....check liam arnold hes full of crabs...beasted....
  • BAZ'Z DINER RIP OFF! FOR NICE GREASY SLIPERY BACON(WELL IF U can CALL IT THAT)ROLL, AND A NICE CUP OF BLACK TAR TEA then call in. were oposite the bogs in the layby. have a nice day :)
  • letting people with dogs mess every where and not picking it up so later on young children who play in that area fall and hurt themselves and even catching an infection which could be lethal to young CHILDREN and the ELDRELY.
  • i think i quite like wales, as poky and wet as it is. on the long and generaly bumpy (or at least squeeky and worrying) bus rides theres always something to look at out of the window, if you dont want to evesdrop on the gossipy old ladies in front of you. and when summer comes, you really APPRECIATE it, quite a bit. and usualy, theres places you can go where you can sing at the top of your voice, even if your not doing a terribly good job of it (especially if your not doing a very good job of it) and no one will bang on the wall and tell you to shutupivegottogetupatseveninthemorning or poke you with a stick and tell you to bugger off, in no uncertain terms. im only young, and ive lived here all my life, but i love it and i could never leave. theres things to do and wonderful people to meet, and if you dissagree then your probably not a very entertaining person yourself. i always say, that a place is what you make it. and id rather live in a secluded, quiet, green countryside, surounded by interesting if not downright diffrent people than a boring, empty wilderness thats always five miles from anywhere and doesnt even sell expencive handbags.
  • i always look forward to coming home from uni but after a few days im borrreeedddd.plus sat nights although few good memories, never change, same ppl, same places, same fights...
  • Doesn't H'West have an Am Dram Club?? Having moved here from a place that hosted a brilliant theatre club I am suffering withdrawal symptoms! By the way, why are so many of the comments on this site written by people who can't spell and don't know what grammar is - shame on you - it shows the welsh up in a bad light!!
  • I lived in Haverfordwest for years. It was shit then and it's shit now, a grubby, backward place full of people with no interest inb the outside world and quite happy to wallow in the ignorance of a place that's 20 years behind the civilised parts of the UK.
  • I think I spent the six worst years of my life in and around Haverfordwest. A boring little town in the middle of nowhere, about a million miles from any decent shops or nightlife. All young people ESCAPE WHILE YOU CAN!!!! And then bulldoze the place.
  • H-west is full of a load of sh1t stirers who seem 2 enjoy causing trouble hurry up and get on with killing each other on castle square you ARSES!! H-West Taxis are the biggest rip off anywhere in the UK?
  • i lived in a guest house owned by my parents from 1973 to 1978 approx and it was montrose 1aa merlins hill haverford west it is now a residential home only it had a ghost a really nasty one too we called her mary i just wondered if anyone nows anything about the place and wether it is still haunted???
  • Dredgemans hill. This part is dedicated to smiler, who will be greatly missed. He was a good bloke that no1 can fault. A boy who was always smiling(hence the nickname) May his memory live on from the tragic event of december 7th. xxxxxx
  • Natives of Haverfordwest should be proud of where they're from. I lived there for years and now that I'm back in America, I miss it. Haverfordwest is like it's own little world. Make it what you want and don't let it become too westernized.
  • Just outside haverfordwest there is a haven from all the towny muns and daily stresses of life. This place is known as 'CRUNDALE'!!!! Apart from the luxury post office service that is provided crundale has a football pitch like a jungle and a daily bus service that picks up all the old biddies that live there. But beware as the sun sets the Crundale possy pertroles the streets of crundale looking for fights and trouble. This gang is made up of notorious 11-17 year olds all remaining nameless because of their long criminal record and reputations. They have been known to cause numerous vandalism and disturbances to the peace.Although their actual names cannot be revealed we have got hold of some of the nick names. Ginger Rogers-Known to be dangerously armed with a snooker cue at all times Mavis- Although the girly name watch out for his flyong headbutt. Little Mark- Although small he is very ruthless Trippy- She may be a girl but she is very hard Suzi- again small but very bitchy at times these are but a few of the possy in Crundale, so don't say you havnt been warned!!
  • Me ferret swallowed me smartcard!
  • I once saw a sheep, getting chased around castle square
  • Would be nice to link up with all the old CB users from the area (from back in the early '80's in it's heyday..) Perhaps through this site we'll meet again?
  • The up and coming band "CYCLONIC", who have/had gigs at "Concept" and "Merlin Theatre". Trust me they are gonna be big, you'll be turning them up on your radios soon. Watch this space. SCHOOLS: Sir Thomas Picton - Best facilites, best musically, best rugby team. We have no competitors. Friendly atmosphere, and the girls are not that bad either. Taskers : Well if a green uniform is your thing, girls well then come here.
  • Bed Shop The Bed Shop in Market Street sells quality beds and linen. FREE delivery within 30 miles FREE assembly and FREE disposal of old bed. On 3 floors. 1st class service.
  • Haverfordwest Couty AFC - League of Wales football. Superb ground - Bridge Meadow Stadium. Team currently struggling. Need all the support they can get.
  • Best Garage Minster Diesel Services ( especially for Diesel's !!!!!) Great potatoes at Carringtons Tiers Cross.
  • Best: bandstand steps, curbs, places to eats, school for steps plus fly-over and multi-storey in Haverfordwest. Lames = nil.
  • Some would differ: "The Multi storey car park is one of Haverfordwest's worst points."
  • But, then again: "The worst thing about the town is not the multistory car park as stated, because a car park is a very important addition to the town as it allows parking in the town centre so facilitating shopping!! The worst thing does however have to be that the town council have allowed the town rugby & football pitches to be ripped up & replaced with even more unwanted shops!"
  • Best thing about Haverfordwest is "Sound and Vision Services" - a quality black goods repair service (really) at the Old Wool Market. Worst thing is definitely the new (to me anyway) car park and associated developments. The old car park and Kwik Save was more elegant.
  • Meanwhile, from a member of the Stoddart family...
    • Best Thing about H-West has to be Stoddart Cabs of course followed closely by Stoddart Tyres and Paul's Taxis. Besides the above Haverfordwest has great night life if you like a fight with a pissed up Welshman at the end of the night.
    • Worst Thing: I'm afraid it has to be "Laura's Wine Bar", a safe-haven for all those underage drinkers out there.
    • Note: Haverfordwest is the ideal place to retire.
    • Another new addition to Haverfordwest is the indoor Karting centre at the Withybush Airfield, run by Tony & Debbie Holmes. Using one of the very large hangers great fun for all ages, also with junior Karts. It has computerised timing, caters for up to 30 people at once for a Grand Prix, or as little as 4 people for a grand Prix. You can also just "Arrive & Drive" and have a go on your own or with a friend. When your go or Grand Prix is complete, you get print outs of your lap times and other little extras like that. It is also set up with external monitors so that competitors or spectators can see the lap times of the current or previous race. Good eh? Check it out, Great Fun.
    • It is not a good place to retire.
    • Bentleys no-longer in Haverfordwest. Anyone visiting H'west, will no doubt find the local people friendly and helpful. The local beaches, like New gale, beautiful, but unfortunately, down in Pembrokeshire the weather is very wet and abit cold in the winter, and sometimes in the summer months, so don't forget to bring your brolley(umbrella) and wet weather gear when visiting.
