- Rugby club, Sports centre (inc. swimming pool and jungle gym), cricket ground, martial arts classes (Karate and Tang Soo Do at Castle Manor Upper School), Haverhill Rovers football club, Snooker & Bowl club
- BOxing above the Bull is hardcore.
- Atrium Active health clubs. By far the best around. The others are just pants
- Loads of em....
Sports Centre in town, has a two pools, indoor and outdoor courts, a gym, sauna and steam rooms, kids supervised soft play area to name just a few benefits, then two other gyms Wilburs and Atrium Active both on the industrial estate...
Haverhill has a womans as well as a mans football team and many youth teams...there is a Hockey Club, a Cricket Club, a Golf Club...
There are numourous martial arts clubs...a swimming club, there used to be a couple of dancing clubs held in town but not sure if they are still running...
There is a snooker club and a Bowling Alley...
There are a fair few green areas as well, not just the rec but the Newt Pond, Tractor Park, Reservoir and Flood Park, East Town Park, etc, etc...
The list goes on....(I don't understand how people can say there is nothing to do here when I was a kid we had the sports centre on a saturday morning for a couple of hours and that was about it).

Cricket too. There are martial arts down the sports center but i wouldn't dare try spell them.

- Haverhill Golf Club. Fantastic local members 18-hole golf club in Coupals Road, just East of the town (green Fees available) - well kept course by the dedicated greenkeeper and his staff. Good pro-shop and excellent Bar and Food. Check dress code. (see food section)
