Cheap Food
- The Jolly Sailor in Heybridge Basin has an excellent menu which is great value and the staff are always polite and willing to accomodate everyones needs
- Both pubs good but stop serving food by 9.00pm
- The Old ship is good but a bit Posh,Jolly sailor is great, proper pub with proper food, cafe is good as well
- Good food in the pubs. Bit expensive in the jolly.
- Excellent pub restaurant beside canal entrance lock.
- Heybridge is full of takeaways & restaurants , in a tiny town we have 2 chinese restaurants next door to each other , two indians , two chip shops , one Kebab shop & loads more I've forgotten.
Copseys Fish & Chip restaurant & takeaway is about the best but does get busy.
