• Green Street, Abercrombie Avenue, Rutland Avenue and surroundings, Desborough Road/Ave, Lance Way flats, Holmers Farm, Bowerdean Road & surroundings, Micklefield Road and surroundings, the estate on plomer hill built at about 45 degrees on a cliff that overlooks the town centre which is a strong contender for having the most problem families in the UK, Bookerhill Road and surroundings, Wingate Avenue and surroundings, Hughenden Road, seriously don't even THINK about living in any of these places.
• Tescos, who the hell left it out when the rest of the town centre was flattened?
• Costa coffee- why do we spend so much time there it is shit! The YMCA maybe it would get rid of some of the chavs in wycombe
• The hospital - that sort of monolith to the crappy 60's architecture. What better sight to greet you as you come into wycombe from amersham or marlow, a true symbol of the town.
• EDEN!!! Pleeease?? Its, like, a great big scab on the horizon...
• Tescos / flyover / bus station debacle. Either you do it or I will. Maybe.
• The new Eden project monstrosity....and the Parking shop..
• Guinions Road, Too much drug dealing going on
• Does Wycombe Town Centre count as a building...? No? Okay, I'll settle for the hospital. If people don't have a local facility to bring children into the world at, it might encourage them to move somewhere more pleasant, for the sake of their unborn child...
• Mcdonalds (both), Time, the hospital (this actually is soon to be raised to the ground in favour of a newer less hideous development), the bus station (ditto), Tescos, Desborough, Castlefield, Micklefield, Bowerdean, West Wycombe Road, Cressex school, all the industrial bit of town and surrounding area, Abbey Way Flyover, The Octagon, The Chiltern Centre, Pheonix project before its even built (chav-magnet), Handy Cross junction, i think thats about it.
• The Western Sector shopping centre that they haven't even started building yet!
• Most of the town centre, especially the lovely bus station!!!
• Wycombe High School, for crimes against young girls. (kiddy fiddler rugby man and his flashing pals)

• The Bus Station, such a delightful building. Attractive odour, aesthetically pleasing full of tremendously friendly people who definately don't smoke in your face. Overall a top building. Sarcasm is such a brilliant form of wit.

• Castlefield isnt that bad anymore...we dnt live in poverty anymore..our theving has paid off and now you have some of the richest people in town living here...take a look at LINK ROAD..seriously youll see a BIG house which normally has either a rolls or BMW or Merc parked out side it...a little further down you got a palace of house..its the size of 4 houses (I in no way mean these people are thevies...they are legitimate buiness people who have worked hard). Crime went shockingly fast after the PUB near spearing road/Rutland Ave went and up replaced it a MOSQUE!...Bearded men arent as criminal as drunked junkies. The bus station is going soon, the pub next to it, and that small hut are already gone! what should be knocked down is west wycombe main high street...its blocking the traffic and is an obstical to progress...history...leave it in the past. Green street should be torn down...just cos i dont like it. all the way up to kitchener road. and get rid of marlow aswell...damn posh gits from there always asking for Castleield to be knocked down. morons... Asda is being re done from the inside..and may look nicer...but still looks like poop from the outside....and not all buildings in wycombe are covered in poop, you must be confused with marlow. Royal Grammer should be knocked down..that place is far to strange.

• The Bowerdean Farm estate i skanky n reminds me of Castlefield with its mouldy 1930's cottage style falling down houses which have fridges, washing machines and matresses dumped in the gardens!
• None really some could do with serious rennovating, green st should be invested in as it is a very run dwn residential area.

• Difficult one this. There is so much to list and so little space. As mentioned before Castlefield (and everything else between Desborough Avenue and Sands), Holmers farm way, Micklefield, Bowerdean Road and numerous housing association properties that exist in otherwise decent areas.
• All of Castlefield but particularly those houses in the Spearing Road area near the school which have metal panneling on them which has now gone rusty as it hasn't been replaced since when it was built in the 20's & 30's, along with the houses which seem to have fallen into ruin already due to neglect; finish the job at least.....

• All the office blocks in town aswell as the disgusting hospital. The whole of the desborough area of town (no racism intended).

• The castlefield estate and the desborough area, as these are the roughest parts of wycombe (as well as the town centre). They are full of unemployed villains, and they even did a programme on how bad castlefield was. Here are some true facts mentioned in that programme about the estate: it has the highest level of child poverty in the thames vally (bucks, berks & oxon), the unemployment rate is 50%, it described the residents as living in squalor, theiving from their own neighbours, and too scared to go out. I think some thing should be done about the crime on the estate as it is out of hand. Castlefield is basically 1920's built slums, and desborough is victorian terrace slums. Micklefield estate, plomer hill estate, boker estate, holmers farm estate, totteridge estate, and wycombe marsh area also should all go.

• castlefields estate because it has astonishing crime rates. castlefields is similar to an estate in reading called whitley.
