• There's not really any for begginners in hinckley, I am a beginner myself, and find skating down the big hill near Clarenden Parl quite fun.
• Council offices are ok but you might get bollocked by the security just go down town center on sunday and its quite empty other than that its all crap :{
• Well, I doubt there are any decent skate parks in hinckley, if there were they'd all be ruined by the horrible chavs. But the skaters are often all in skate groups and hang around town benches or abandoned factories!
• why oh why was lidl taken away? theres already a damn car wash. now you have to walk a mile across to burbage which is crap anyway. good sets by the council office though and check out the schools

• now the bastards have taken lidl and mt. road theres no where to skin up tough there are some decent skate spots. the eight at mt. road iz always good tough dont smoke pot. the regestary offices right nxt to it has a big drop over a spiked fence and the new skate park is good if your a begginer becausse everything is so mellow. But be warned the rudes are taking over, u cant go anywhere with out being beat up or robbed! where r the pigs now!
• all those that sk8 m.t. r.d. the cops bust evry time you go down their because the secret cameras cought people smoking under age andgod knowes what else and the m.t. r.d. set is a 7 set not an 8

• ok, i'm writin from Queensland in Australia, I have lived and riden in Hinckley since the begining of time... the original Lidl crew still reside In the area although sadly the infamous "lidl" skatepark has now been demolished 9not without a damm good fight and a few protesting fire attacks and has been replaced by a F@#king car wash of all things.... great now Hinckley has 5 carwash's and not a single decent skate park for those stuck in Hinckley to enjoy... however according to a recent email Burbage has recently aquired a new park..... not sure what sort of standard the park is but nether the less it is there... go check it out... big up the Hinckley massive, all HHBC members and of course the original "lidl crew" imortalised forever by the infamous "hundred hand slap".... you know who you are.
• Mount Road Car Park is the Skateboarding Centre of Hinckley there is also: St Mary's B&Q Castle Street and the Borough the Coucil Offices Most of the Stair Sets For info on all of these go to www.dumbass666.cjb.net and click on Skate Spots
• the Mount road 8 set and the council 6 then 5 are the best things 2 do now that sum scum av destroyed LIDL sk8 park.

• theres the waste ground at the back of lidls carpark
• Kwick Save car park. Curbs and a 3 stair set. Hurry up and skate it before Morrisons take over. Mount Road car park. Waxed curb, jump thing, narrow bank, dodgy 7 set with rail on the right (the only grindable rail in Hinckley if you are good). B&Q car park. Curb to 2' drop and oter stuff.
• Theres a 3 set behind the council offices with a wall running off it. Lidl sk8park going OK.
• boys club is a main area where ppl hang out to sk8
• Outside St Marys School in the car park. -A curb with a drop the other side and more curbs. Good for beginers.
• IT SEEMS THE COUNCIL ARE IGNORING US BY DESTROYING THE LIDL WASTEGROUND AND BUILDING ANOTHER PETROL STATION THERE INSTEAD. --BUT BELIEVE ME THE DEPUTY MAYOR WANTS A SKATEPARK BUILT IN HINCKLEY. SO HOPEFULLY WE WILL HAVE ONE IN THE NEAR FUTURE!!!
• Skatepark by Lidl on Hawley Road, Kwicksave car park on Brunel Road or the Mount Road car park and the council offices. (go in and demand a proper indoor skatepark while you are there)
• somerfield carpark still going and also waste ground next to somerfield and lidl, full of skaters
• Somerfield car park
• Indoor street sessions, benches ramps etc. Music, videos, refreshments. Tuesday and Thursday 4-5.45 (50p). Some Saturdays 6-9pm. Call 01455 610011 for details. No news on this for 92/3 so I really don't imagine it's there in '95.
