Pubs
- the bull...legendary for all parents and adults to stop and have a drink after work!
- The Spa is great, a good juke box, good pool tables , good cheap beer, good regulars and good dominoes.
- the spa is more for people who want to play pool, and the Bull pub is for people who want to eat and drink but its a bit of a walk out of the town.
- the bull inn, very relaxing with the candles.
- Ah, now - The Bull. with 'duck or grouse' low beams.(Ouch)Meeting place for the over 20s. posers paradise. Dark tho so good for the odd touch up!
- How are The Spa, The Bull and The White Hart 'conveniently out of walking range' if you live in Hockley? Even if you live the other end of Greensward Lane it can only be a mile walk!
Anyway, The Bull is ok but the waitress service leaves a lot to be desired...
it was better when it was just an old fashioned pub!
- The spa is the place to be if you want your private business known by all and sundry.
- One or two illegal drinking dens dotted about. Taliban stronghold though so beware. They'll cut your balls off and then ram 'em up you're arse if they catch you drunk.
- The good old spa and the White Hart
- Bull, White Horse, Spa - all conveniently out of walking range.
