The Stuff We Can't Fit In Somewhere Else
  • The place is full of racists. I mean I hate immigrants and arrogant Africans veering their clapped out automatic honda accords on their Ghanain licences all over he place who take our jobs and stink with bloodshot eyes but I have black freinds and the social ability to interact with all races if people are genuine, hardworking, polite and honest. There are white pikey inbred scum who I have just as little regard and respect for as the Africans. I live in South East London and used to work in Horsham and when I see the BNP campaigning in the street it makes you feel weird inside. I used to like the peaceful high street with no attitude and sucking of teeth and buggies fake gold and tracksuits but upon reflection would rather walk around Woolwich high street now than this cold inbred town full of stuck up racist wannabe snobs hse are people who instantly have their guard up just lookin at someones colour from 100 yards actual real scum of the earth live here.
  • I once read in a book of the worst 100 towns in britain that horsham is a town run by old conservatives, for old conservatives. Say no more.
  • The carpark infornt of Leechpool woods is a great place to drive and plonk all the million people in the 5 seater car on teh roof for a laugh and drive back and forth 2 get em 2 fall off onto the banks!
  • never come here its depressing and dull its the sort of place where if you bought up a child they would either be a middle age conservative doctor wwith no personality and loadsa money having sex in a miliatary position with their housewife husband who makes cookies and has tupperware parties.OR.. they will turn into the rebellious child who hate sthe place and turn to mind explding drugs and shoplifting and just about anything to amke life in horsham more entertaining
  • HOW COME THERE ARE NO INDEPENDANT SPECIALIST MUSIC SHOPS? NO CLUBS? AND NO LATE NIGHT BARS??? YET, THE JIGSAW SHOP CONTINUES TO EXIST AND THERE IS A GIGANTIC TESTICLE OUTSIDE MCDONALDS? - ONLY IN HORSHAM, ONLY IN HORSHAM...
  • Horsham - for the middle aged, middle class and middle minded!
  • A discreet 'head' shop that sells tobacco and associated paraphernalia and will not pass comment when one purchases a clay pipe or two !
  • more skate shops for boys AND girls.
  • horsham playpark located in horsham park at night is always a good laugh, you can meet various druggy and pissed people watch them throw up over themselves and take great delight in seeing them in town without them knowing who you are
  • Craig manfield is a fuckin wanker dont go out wid him coz he wil hurt u trust me!!!!!!!
  • The Bishopric road is not pronounced "Bishop Prick"
  • Can't belive the council could not build more things for the younger people to do yet could build thousands of more houses. Nice place to visit, glad I don't live here anymore.
  • I moved to Horsham recently and left within months. It is utter crap. Small town for small minds from what I can gather. Also...no cinema, swimming pool closed, the worst public transport system you have ever seen in your life so even if the amenities were decent, you couldn't get to them if you don't drive. I advise anyone...if you're planning to move here, think VERY carefully indeed. It has nothing to offer anybody. Unless you're a pensioner in which case it's fine cos nothing ever happens. ever.
  • Beware of evil policeman PC Millner He's an anti fun officer
  • oh god!!! i used to live in horsham and since leaving i am so glad i got out!!! GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN!!! THERE IS LIFE BEYOND THE NORTH OF CRAWLEY!!! unless your my evil ex-flatmate who also hailed from there but we're not going into that now!!! for those of you that remember it was a dive in the early 90's, now this seems like a desparate wannabe-but-will-never-make-it-town! COME TO SOLIHULL IN THE WEST MIDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • KEEP THE POUND
  • If you're looking for something to do on a Wednesday night and you're in a dancing mood then come to CEROC at Broadbridge Heath Social Club! Modern jive dance class with freestyle dancing and cheap drinks! 8pm to 11pm. Ages approx 16-60, entry £7 on your first time, free the second time and then £6 every time after that. Very informal atmosphere. No commitment - if you don't like it then you don't have to come again (but you probably will like it). Either come on your own or with a friend/partner. Beginners welcome. For more information check out the national website www.ceroc.com and the local website www.ceroc-horsham.ndirect.co.uk
  • Watch the unofficial Horsham Motor Show in the evenings at weekends round the Carfax, where the locals show off their (scoff) 'cool' cars!
  • Horsham is so posh people who live here even get out of the bath to have a piss.
  • There are about 8 mobile phone shops 7 holiday shops and loads of banks and estate agents.
  • Used to be a brilliant town but the mentally unstable planners of the day were given full reign to destroy a close-knit community and friendly, country market town. (Pricks)
  • The Salvation Army at Booth Way Community Halls have lively Christian Worship with plenty of music with band, piano, choir and congregational singing on Sunday at 10.30 a.m. You will be made welcome - come and try us out. Nobody will pressure you or make you feel out of place.
  • Horsham's got some of the most interesting street furniture - a haven for mountain bike trials riders. Fletcher Gillet of much MBUK hype grew up here.
  • u cant come hear if uve been circumsized! why? cos u'd have to be a complete prick
  • Excellent adult courses at Forest School. A good way of meeting people too.
  • FOR AN ADRENALIN RUSH (PROBABLY THE ONLY 1 AVAILABLE IN HORSHAM) STAND ON THE BRIDGE CROSSING THE RAILWAY LINE IN THE CRICKET FIELD WEN A TRAIN GOES UNDER! SAD I KNOW BUT TRUE!
  • There are worst places, I'm sure.
  • This town grows too fast. What was a small quiet town has grown out of control since the early '80s. Too many outsiders, especially Crawlites/Londoners..
  • You get lots of imput from people who grew up in Horsham, like myself, it would be great if you could have some contact point for Old Girl/Boys societies. I went to Littlehaven, Chesworth, H.High School, then Collyers and would love to look up friends I have lost touch with. P.S I`m not that Liz Hurley, or then again perhaps I am!
  • They have a shopping centre called swan walk, but some idiot put in a mural of a goose instead of a swan. That just about sums Horsham up!
  • The Deans Bed & Breakfast,8, Wimblehurst Road is a cool place to stay. Lots of luxury stuff at B&B prices. It's also in the town centre where the dudes hang out. deanbnb@globalnet.co.uk
  • Local Morris dancers are the Broadwood Morris Men who make for a fun time during the summer, crowding pubs and generally making lots of noise. They had a beer named after them by King & Barnes.
  • THE GRAFFITI SCENE in Horsham is not all that big, but host some good Writers. Nerd "Big time train bomber & very up Writer" Rev "Very acomplished Writer. Piece's can be seen all over Britain" TrueFOA "Horsham's first major Artist. Well old school & well known for doing piece's in mad places" Banana "Silly writer whose Tag writing got well out of hand" Tudor & Smudger " Horsahm first ever Writers(like Taki167)oldest of old school you can get.
