  • Probably the best cafe in the world is in Huddersfield. Coffee Evolution on Wood Street. Free wifi - and they'll happily let you sit there for hours, as I am doing right now to type this - nice coffee, really pleasant atmosphere and really nice home made cakes. Some student twat recently started a "Bring Starbucks to Huddersfield" campaign, so if you are ever in Huddersfield it is your moral duty to have a double espresso in Coffee Evolution, support an independent local business and stick twos up to The Man
  • coffeevolution is a cosy little coffee shop to go to if your on a date or with a few friends. there are sofas downstairs or just stools upstairs to watch the world go by :)

  • If you're in the area, The Bridge Cafe, Milnsbridge (it's the grotty looking one, not to be confused with the new one next door - that's rubbish). Best and cheapest breakfasts for miles around, also a hook-up spot for bikers (the owner's one.)Closes 1.30pm, 11.30am weekends.
  • edwards....nice waitress....
  • The Crypt does some fantastic nosh suitable for Meat/veggie/vegan eaters. Wish you could have a fag in there though.
