• Very nice freindly cafe in Newton's court - forgotten it's name
• Kon's Cafe in Chequers Court plain food, good value Pop Bellies, next to the fish & chip shop in the HIgh Street (south end) is run by Italians - excellent coffe & cake. Comprehensive, not expensive menu should you want a meal
