  • The Skate Park in Jones Lane, Hythe has just been taken down as it's unsafe to use. We're all trying to raise the 70 grand it needs to replace it, try the Skate Park at Netley View.
  • hythe is bad 4 skating but there are some good bits my mate ben has big waxed ledge and yonoff has a mini ramp
  • 5 set with hand rail newly built near hythe school out side the play school
  • The Skatepark is next to the Police Station in Jones Lane.
  • Latest update for Hythe on Skateboarding, Blading and BMX. July 2001. At the moment the only place to go in Hythe & Dibden is the skatepark at Jones Lane, Hythe. (Next door to the police station). Built by Clever Curves in June 2000. The park was only built because Darren Yonoff and his mates went to the local Youth Worker and asked her for help. Together they set up Hythe Skate & Ride Group. The Skatepark is still looked after by the local Youth Worker who collects the litter and gets parents to help maintain it. (If there is anyone willing to help out please contact the Youth Worker at The Grove in Hythe. Coming soon!! Skateparks for Marchwood, Netley View and Gangwarily.
  • market carpark
  • Applemore Leisure Centre: Wood, mini ramp. As well as the half pipe in the reck, a sea wall good for jumping of and pulling off new moves but you can land the so it makes it a bit crap also behind the sea wall there is a planter about one and a half foot high for grinding. Behind the little shop on the beach there is a 1m high rail with grass on one side so if you mess up the grind you don't get cut up.
