- The Fountain has openened in Port Elphinstone as is a great clothes shop for all ages. Has everything from young and trendy, even VERY trendy, to classic "grown up", to ball gowns, work outfits and wedding dresses. Also find jewellery, accessories and friendly staff.

- Tesco's - has a range of Womens, Mens, Children and baby's clothes
Davids Fashion Sports - for all the sporty stuff!
Mackays - great stuff - not a lot of selection for the younger people
Mackays (junior) - Great place for the children - really nice stuff
There is also a new Shop in the Port (that used to be the Motor bike shop and the flower shop) - Called the Fountain adn they have a really nice selection of clothes - recommended!
- A potential niche in the market for any budding entrepreneur, Davids fulfills most sporting requirements but jeans and the like tend to be purchased in Aberdeen
