  • The Malt Room at the Brewery, Dicky Doodles and Bootleggers. All brilliant.
  • Dickie Doodles tends to get the best live music but also bootleggers
  • Bootleggers IS the only music venue in kendal! other bars just try to copy what they have achieved.... and tend to fail.
  • kendal rugby club and ibis club often have pretty good gigs on. depends what type of music you like really, mostly ska and metal is whats played. theres often some good local bands playing at the phoenix pub too, and dickie doodles, and on rare occasions even the park. theyre organised by www.evolved addict.com so go on there
  • The Brewary once hosted bands such as London Elektricity.
  • I totally LOVE the Ribble 72 Club. Excellent live music every weekend. Where all the hip cats hang out. Go there!!
  • Dickie Doodles and Bootleggers are THE places to go if you like live music. Nowhere else is worth the time.
  • Dickie Doodles is probably the best. Eclectic has dance and hip-hop. Brewery for bigger stuff.
  • Deffinetly Bootleggers Music Bar, great bands, a good atmosphere and gorgeous staff, hands off Zoe tho, she's mine ;)
  • Kendal is a stagnant backwater of the music scene. The Brewery mainly put on folk and jazz, though they did once put on an avant-garde Japanese thing that I liked, but no-one else did. Major bands tend to miss out Cumbria completely.
  • Brewery
  • The George & Dragon has started doing music, but the bands are usually shite. HOWEVER last Friday the had an R&B outfit on called the Cahonies, and they rocked. Check 'em out if they every get booked back......
  • brewery. very pretentious, where you end up going, if u always knew u should move away but never did.no honestly i love jazz and folk.
  • The Kent for grunge Brewery for hip and alternative The Georgian House for that little bit extra
  • Union Tavern Thurs to Sunday Cock and Dolphin most nights
  • Lindale Inn, a good band can always
