• the skate park but its a death trap but if yew like splinters,nails,broken glass and the used condom of some dirty chav under yer wheels then go there or you can skate the birdcage theres sets from 3 to about 7 and lots of benches
• Elephant yard is a nice place for starting out, with a little set of 3 steps, with M&S carpark close by with some nice smooth tarmac. The new booths has some nice curbs, however no-one has waxed them yet due to there being a lot of cameras around. There is a set of about 5 (I think) stairs outside the post office which are fun. There seem to be no good rails anywhere though. I've never been to the multi or the mini-multi, but I've heard they are good. Some of the estates are ok to skate, but watch out for chavs. ;)
• Kendal skate park is alright and the majority of the locals are friendly, show respect and there won't be a problem.

• skating in the skate park opposite the police station is ok. theres only a couple of ramps though but the atmospheres often pretty fine
• The multi-storey car park bechind the shopping centre. Of the half-assed pants 'skate park' next to the river by the bus station.
• Multi locked up with bars due to years of vandalism by townies, but if you want to sk8 there go in between 6pm and 7pm it is locked up at around 7.15pm though, It has good long low ledges and various banks. Birdcage in center of town various steps. Scottish prov good curbs, manual pads etc, go after 8 pm or they will kick you out. Courts, good steps 4 and 7 ledges, benches and more small outdoor council built sk8park with a few small quarters. If U sk8 in kendal don't wreck or tag anything
• Mini Multi- Nowt much mainly flat usually some rails around THE BIG MULTI NOW CLOSES AROUND 7.15PM ON WEEKDAYS AND SATUARDAYS SO YOU CAN USUALLY SKATE FROM ABOUT 6PM TO 7.15PM BETTER THAN NOTHING! (MULTI VANDALISED FOR YEARS,DUE TO TOWNIE SCUM!!).
• Multi now gets all locked up at about 7:30 due to townies smashing stuff up as they do! Scottish prov Car Park, long curbs, manual blocks etc
• One very used park exists down from the multi storey car park next to the river
• Top of the Multi story car park on a Sunday. Or the skate park.
• Hang around the multi or K village, oh yah
• Riverside by Scot Prov
