- Very attractive buildings and estates. Very safe especially at night.

- Kensington doesn't try to be one of those oh-so-fashionable "liberal minded" neighbourhoods, like Primrose Hill or Chiswick ("Oh, look at ME, I'm a liberal. I gain an inflated sense of self-satisfaction from reading The Guardian every morning. I live in NW1 and I work for the BBC. I'm really posh but I hate rich people. I aspire to be like those aging left-wing intelligentsia, blah, blah, etc")... Kensington is actually Cool.
- nice buildings , its safe well safer than a lot of areas day and night
- Scaring the S**T out of the locals by having a northern accent
- imperial college! it's gotta lotta concrete...
- The International atmosphere.
- not likely to get mugged here
- Kensington Gardens, beautiful buildings, the calm of S:t Mary´s. Peaceful.
