- Pedlar has vegie and vegan food and cake, top coffee shop in Kes.
- LUNCH opposite Brysons on the corner sells great coffee and sarnies and is a sun trap.
Ginger and Pickles on lake road is also a good one although it's a bit cramped inside when busy.
Coffe Lounge does a CRACKING breakfast.

- Brysons the bakers has a tea room upstairs and is opening a smart new cafe bar on the ground floor with inside and outside seating. Eat in or take away coffees, traditional and unusual sandwich combos plus many extras - should be fab!!
- An excellent chillout cafe is the Square Orange. Licensed but you can get coffees; teas (usual and herbal) and excellent juices. They make a pretty good pizza. Smoking and dog friendly cafe that's not a bad place to study either.
- The Lakeland Pedlar serves great grub and is highly recommended by most.
- The Square Orange is fantastic. It's a cafe/coffee shop/bar. Quite small but a really nice meditterannean atmosphere. They have dominos and playing cards and do great food. GO THERE!!
- The Lakeland Peddlar is a great little veggie/wholefood cafe with a fantastic selection of food, organic and specialist drinks (including booze), seats outside (although the Keswick rain usually makes these useless) and loads of bike memorabilia as there is a bike shop upstairs
- lots of em square orange is the coolest
