Pubs in Kidderminster, Worcestershire*

The place to go for a lazy afternoon, pub quiz or last call

You can tell us more about Kidderminster.

Pubs
  • got to be nu bar, a touch of class and hope there is more to come.
  • Nu Bar, New venue on new road, Dress Up smart or you wont get in, very nice with live musician at weekend, a really exclusive venue, if you can get past the doorman.
  • Got to Watermill on Tues and you can sing with your mates on stage....rite laf...c u ther!
  • Redman is great partic at Xmas when works parties end up brawling on street
  • Brintons arms
  • for a cracking night get yourself down the tap house!!...By far the best boozer in Britain. Meet the lovely local geezers and birds - you may even bump into Wayne J. (Boshky) Barber III and Baron (Bonesy) Webb (if your lucky)....
  • sutton arms, the wrens nest, the watermill, yateses, pennyblacks,ye olde seven stars loads!!
  • The Crown Hoobrook
  • New Weavers Wharf development NEEDS a DECENT pub.
  • peacock horsefair no good full of people on social security benifits no hopers whow would mugg you giving a chance stay aWAY VERY DIRTY ALL JAIL BIRDS
  • to many 2 name kiddy is a town of pissheads,a pub is where u go lookin 4 a fite in kiddy. the peacock has its windows boarded up all year round so chairs dont hit people wen they work past the pub( well ruff) dont enter unless ya a kiddy lad or support wolves
  • Penny Blacks is cheap and cheerfull i go here first before i go to the other clubs
  • jacksons? the peacock, i fuckin love it! ha
  • Penny blacks. Now theres a pub you can get pissed in on 15 quid
  • PENNY BLACK IS A SHITY HOLE
  • Try this pub run....Bluebell, Red Man, Seven Stars, Penny Blax, Swan, Yates's, Corn Exchange, Redwoods then Mirage/Zanzibar. A great Run!!
  • queens head. Bo
  • grandad pervy old men flasher pubs.
  • A FEW GOOD HOUSES
  • dont ever go to 'dexters youth lodge'
  • watermill-bouncers are sometimes toss pots who ask 50year olds for id.it has fuckin ace music on saturday nights though
  • Watremill wins straight out, although the red man can be good or the penny black
  • All the pubs in the town are now characterless chains with annoying bouncers and people looking for fights. Anyone who likes Yates' is a knob. Best pub is the Railway Train on Offmore Road- you can get lung cancer by just breathing in once in there.
  • Yates'.
  • Jacksons or yates' although to get into yates' you have to dress like a twat.
  • THE LOCK. ME LOCAL. CUD DO WIV SUM YOUNG NICE WOMEN IF POSSIBLE.
  • Several ace pubs. DON'T go to The Farmers, it's shite.
  • The Seven Stars is the place to go if your into metal and alternative music. The bar staff are extremely freindly (especially the girls). The guinness is the best in town.
  • red man great for feral fridays.
  • the market taver (see above) and the Bridge (if you want to pick up a crack-whore)
  • Hare and Hounds in Broadwaters has some of the cheapest and most potent brews around, but as with all Wetherspoon pubs, no music, however the Broadies just down the road gives a more realistic pub experience, Steve and Gina will make you very welcome here!
  • Taphouse and seven stars - well worth a visit great live acts and wicked atmosphere
  • Pennyblacks is a really nice place to go and when its hot in the summer the front opens out, so wen u walk past u can get whistled at by sexy men! sounds good to me!!
  • The 'Seven Stars' is great if you're into a dark, dingy, Goth/Rock/Alternative place. Looks moderately trendy on the outside, but is totally different on the inside. I wouldn't reccommend it if you like Yates'
  • The watermill - Attracts the younger set - good food drop dead goregous barmaids -excellent.
  • Watermill is the best!!!!!! Don't bother with Yates's cos its crap!!!!(and that's the truth, take it from the one's who live in this dump!)
  • The Farmers Boy was always very - ahem - fresh-faced in its clientele. Just round the corner, the Station in Farfield is a great local. COnsidering there's bog all else in Kiddy, there are some decent pubs to be found. As well as a few places you really, really wouldn't want to experience, sort of evolutionary stop-gaps.
  • the former Oscar's Wine Bar is soon to reopen as the Penny Black- a JD Weatherspoon's pre-club, wine bar type thing. Decor looked as though it's going to be minimalist, millennial (Same as everywhwre else then!)
  • Avoid the (Grebo) Tap House at all costs. The Trendy Redwoods or the newish Watermill is excellent before clubbing starts. If you prefer time, then Dexters and Drews will suit you as they are metres away from the club.
  • You need to know your pubs in Kiddy to avoid a black eye and a thick ear. Some are seriously rough. Get it wrong and it could hurt a lot....
  • Land Oak was lively till it became a restaurant-now its full of twatty businessmen
  • The Watermill is the place to go for the younger crowd, in the Summer evenings you can sit by the canal and drink your pint and in the winter evenings you can do the same because they have large heaters outside, careful you don't stand too close I have heard stories about them singeing hair. Redwoods is a pretty good place again, a younger crowd, and right next door to Mirage so you don't ahve far to walk from the pub to the club, which is good when you've had rather a lot too drink, and you feel like the pavement is moving.
  • red man,wrens nest,the swan,the corn exchange,farmers boy,market tavern,the railway tavern.
