- Corn Exchange and St George Guildhall have travelling acts (usually for older audiences)

- Discovery centre well kool and dont forget the vanilla pod gig on the 19th. Its the new place for gigs oh and the b and g hasnt closed will be open in the next month lol

- should play at the corn exchange but we only ever get the same old shows-cambridge or norwich again if you want to see a decent band without skater shorts
- There are a lot of great touring bands in kings lynn, including Antoca, a four peice rock band. Performing some covers as well as there own stuff. they play many gigs and there next is at the met lounge peterborough!
- The blue and gold is good for the alternative scene aswell as the college.
- The Blue and Gold Club (home of the local football team) seems to have gigs every week now, catering for the (relatively) large alternative scene in the town.
The Corn Exchange has a a lot of dodgy/past it and slightly popular bands
- there are no venues in kings lynn!!!!! try booking a party its impossible

- every wednesday chicagos have top bands from oasis red hot chilli's and stereo phonics tributes too beatles, chas and dave and queen
- The Blue and Gold at the footie stadium is becoming a strong punk venue and there is usually a gig there evry week

- Finally somewhere in town is putting on live bands- Dr Thirsty's in Norfolk St has live bands every sunday afternoon (I recommend Redhouse, White Noise & Who killed Kenny?) thanks to Steve behind the bar for finally bringing bands back to the great unwashed!
- once again the shoestring barn in clenchwarton wahey they play some gr8 heavy metal with some well cools tribute bands

- tec has loads of bands with funny names. go for the laugh. stay until it wears off.

- Admirals Tap can be good, sometimes.
- Park View Hotel : Jazz club meets every Friday night
- St Margrets club and Providence street for local bands gigs
