• There is the stair set and flat by the refactory on campus, its a good little beginner stair set (3 steps) but its still fun if you're just out for a little ride. you'll probably have to ignore the students because they like to think they are important and special because lampeter is a small town but dont worry just remember; they are students at lampeter university, which means they aren't very bright nor very good at much other than pretending it's still 1066 or some rubbish and they are playing dress up.
• i dont know, it's not very good for skating, the grounds usually rough or grass but you just got to get creative, get onto the uni campus or around town and get creative!
• Somerfield car-park, annoying little shi*s.
• If you attempted to skateboard down the road in Lampeter, you would either hit one of the perpetual temporary road works, hit a passing angry farmer, hit a pedestrian, or hit a pissed or stoned student.
• Skaters and bikers tend to hang out together, there's a big student BMX and MTB scene. Very little hassle between groups, most muck around together. Downhillers and fuckabouters - check out Longwood, especially down the hill from the hillfort - one in three in six inches of leafmould over head size rocks. Bring friends, a mobile phone and serious health insurance. Watch out for gates as well...
• The square outside the refectory. Thrill as the three local skateboarders come up with new and interesting ways to break their own hips!
• Lampeter's very own South Bank is located by the college refectory. Watching some dildo trying to perform an 'ollie' might be amusing enough to take your mind off the rancid pool of fat festering in the middle of your plate.
