- Lavendon Post Office & Store provides a fantastic service to the village. If they don't have it then you probably don't need it. Only drawback is that they don't deliver the Sunday papers anymore. Rumour has it that some of the youth in the village are direct decendants of King Idle Burger,
Support you village shop. If you don't use it you will loose it. Good value good service with a amile. Well most of the time.
