• The block of flats at the top of Mason Avenue - what an eye-sore.
• Eden court or possibly the two run down houses just up from the exchange pub - if you think that blue house is bad on Avenue road its nothing compared to the half yellow/white badly painted house that's one of these eyesores.
• Regent hotel - either do it up or demolish it - real mess.
• Rio's - The biggest shithole in the whole of Leamington. The bouncers are tossers who think it is great to keep everyone waiting for hours when the place is half empty. Chris the owner who is as dodgy as....... and objects to any decent club that wants to open up in Leamington. He obviously has a few friends on the council and well oils their palms so decent clubs cant open. Generally the place itself..... you pay a fiver to get in, drink watered down overpriced drinks, your feet stick to the carpet, they don't know what air conditioning is so after half an hour everyone stinks and the mirrors have condensation on them. One half of it is ALWAYS shut so they cram everyone on one floor. Oh, finally, there is one decent bouncer in there..... Alvin, took a bullet once!
• The World Bowls centre - put Victoria park back how it was - bring back the old traction engines
• the college...the main site, it's full of rude townies!
• Get rid of Winstons
• Voodoo Bar.
• Leamington Magistrates Courts, Job-centre & Police Station!
• 185 Tachbrook Road! It's a shithole that gets burgled every week.
• The blue one on Avenue Road; the Solicitor's Complaints Society in Dormer Place
• Binswood Hall (sixth form centre of North Leamington School and apparently now a community arts college whatever the hell one of those is) - looks like Strangeways.
• Mirage night club ITS A JOKE
• I reckon that Club Mirage should be flattened and made into a completley different venue (instead of just changing the name and painting feathers on the wall to make it a "new" club!)

• WINSTONS!!!! OH AND WOOLWORTHS AND LEE LONGLANDS ( A FURNITURE SHOP RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TOWN????)
• That bloody blue building on Avenue Road! Are the occupants visually impaired? I strongly advise the use of good sunglasses if you intend to drive past on a sunny day. Honestly, it's as if they've seen blue painted buildings when away on holiday in the Greek Islands and then thought they'd attempt to recreate the effect in Leamington Spa. Clear evidence of a taste bypass.

• Yates. The actual building's okay but what goes on inside should be banned...
• Club Mirage(ex - Monroes) - Night club at the bottom of town.
• Spa Centre & Police station sixties concrete lumps
• The train station. All the night clubs.
• None really - great Regency and Victorian architecture everywhere.
• The shopping mall. Watch for the council they're flakey as hell any chance a developer gets and they'll pull down a fine old Victorian building and put up some pseudo-post-modernist-pastiche crap!!!!!!
