In the summers of 1979 and 1980 I travelled Europe with a backpack and guitar. Both times I met up with a guy from Leicester on the Greek Island of Corfu. He played guitar and was a fantastic singer. His name was Steve (can't recall surname) and his nickname was "Sparky". From him, I learned some great songs and a picking pattern. He was blonde then and would be early fifties now I guess. The fir st time we met he was traveling in a converted brown fish-van with another guy - also named Steve. I have often thought about him over the last 30 years and would love to find him to see how the decades have treated him.
