• just walk along leigh broadway. there is probably about 20 cafes.
• quite a few actually which are all ok but not many that stand out from the crowd. I would either go to Ugos bar in daytime for a coffee or go to the back of the Book Inn in Broadway West where there is a small coffee shop.
• Treats in Clements Arcade is really cute and out of the way. Its really nice to sit outside there as the arcade is really pretty. They do a really lovely english breakfast which comes with a mug of tea and a huge pile of toast.
• 'Shuly's Bagel Bar' on Leigh Broadway is a wonderful little place serving bagels, coffee and very rich cheesecake. The atmosphere is cosy and friendly, with a youngish trendy-but-not-too-trendy staff. It's one of the few places on the Broadway where smoking isn't just allowed, it is *encouraged*. :)
• Miss Muffets in the alley near gum does the best jacket potatoes in town!!
• Hippo's sandwich bar
• Rendevous, vie, terracotta tea rooms
• ugos is the place to be if you want good coffee and tasty food
