Hi

I went to Oak Bank from 1991 - 1997 and wondered if past staff or kids are about anywhere and what they're doing. I did another post on here years ago but lost my account details. Please feel free to add me to FB April Plunkett xx

Is there a man out there who can satisfy my needs? I am an interesting widow in my early sixties, and I am still young at heart. I am looking for a local man to keep me warm at night. The best way to find me is via the www dateagranny dot com web site - I would rather you find me there than email me directly - I hope you understand. Sylvia x

HQ 60 Group RAF Leighton Buzzard by MICHAEL MORGAN (Member 10216246) on 6-Nov-2007
I would be most interested from anyone who was station at, or knows anyone who was stationed at HQ 60 Group in Leighton Buzzard. My wife was stationed there from 1941 onwards.
  • Re: HQ 60 Group RAF Leighton Buzzard by Neil Barker (Member 10233252) on 6-Nov-2008
Hello. I saw your message about 60 Group and having just got my late father's RAF records, I see he was at the Leighton Buzzard plotting school in April/May 1943. Is that the same place as your wife was stationed at, and if so does she remember ACH Robert Barker? Thank you in anticipation. regards Neil Barker

If this was Oxenden House, Plantation Road then I was stationed there when it was HQ 23 Group, Flying Training Command.

Re club in Leighton Buzzard by Brian (Member 10202392) on 7-Feb-2007
Can anyone tell me the name of the nightclub in the centre in 1975 which was run by an ex-policeman? It had a disco, scampi and chips bar behind the stage and had live bands and cabaret acts each week.
  • Re: Re club in Leighton Buzzard by Andy Downes (Member 10213189) on 31-Aug-2007
Came across your post from back in Feb. Club was called the Unicorn, ex-policeman was Ken Swayne.
