- the cherry tree centre! this was the kiss of death for the area. all the shops faced a threefold rent increase. all the shops 'downgraded'. for example: tesco changed to a kwikee; safeway became a netto; marks and sparks became a primark; every other shop became a discount store.

- 6 Longview AVE LISCARD. BECAUSE THERE HAS BEEN NUMEROUS SIGHTING OF MICE COMING FROM THE PROPERTY. On one occasion the smell from the open door caused a passerby to throw up in the street right out side. Why is this allowed to go on.
