- Peter Stormare ! Top Man - have you seen the bit in Fargo with the woodchipper ?! If I ever have to cast the scary psycho in the movie about Liss - you have the part. Not sure why you were in our kneck of the woods but if your method comes from your Hawkley days - now we know why !
Also once saw 'Big' Cliff Lazarenko, one time World Darts finalist, shopping in Liss.
- I believe Alec Guiness used to live here?? Also, Minnie Driver and family lived in Hawkley.
- Well I have to mention myself PETER STORMARE who lived in NEAR LISS, just near LISS, just outside HAWKLEY, in a mansion called HAWKLEY HURST. In that mansion lived a strange fellow named, FELLOWS-FERRER(or something like that) He was then 1972 a local celebrity, old and grumpy. He hosted boys from Europe under the cover of being a devoted Christian but did other things to them. I was lucky enough to be strong and big, and I could run fast. I have been trying to get information about what happened to this fellow. I only know that he died around 1973 and the mansion is now a co-op. I've visited it twice since in search of this mystery-man! Please help me to track his path down. Ooops! Me myself went on running from NEAR LISS back to HOLLYWOOD where I have been in movies like...the big Lebowski, Fargo, 8MM, Armageddon, Lost World, Black Easter, Circus, etc. etc...I also been on stage in London at NT and the Almeida.
