- British Heart Foundation - its as safe as AIDs.
- Cancer Research UK in town centre has an excellent array of belts and gloves at affordable prices. Also check out the Woolworths sports range, cheap and comfy joggers in black and grey.
- your typical small town chains really, used to have topshop but that was years ago. Manchester your best bet for anything a bit different.

- Scan Sports, does good surf stuff! and if u go for the unimaginable go2 Spiveys Web but i dont suggest it! But the best place for girls clothes and if ure not afraid of spendin a few bob go 2 Birdcage, most of the stuff is hand made and its absolutely fantastic! Complete and utter alternative fashion at its stylish best!

- Theres the Birdcage Boutique, its quite expensive in some of the things but it funky and a little different. theres Spivys Web just on next door thats quite goodif you are in to different things,i cant think of the nasme of the road its on its out towards kings and blockbuster video!
- Tag's n Shags seemed to be the best place to buy your scally missus any clothes... cheep and cheerfull ant the there was the stage where oxfam next to Macc Fruit and Veg (he he... was that really a knocking shop upstairs?) was really great because you could get cheap clothes and modify them yourself! ahh its so sad!!

- there are alot of wierd clothes shops for the slapper of macc. You have tags n labels, next, river island, new look, inspirations and other junk shops like that. if you want some cool skater gear go to stolen from ivor. I f you want a hoodie or t-shitr with your favourite band then go to A&A.

- MACCLESFIELD IS A BIT OVEWR RUN WITH CHARITY SHOPS, BUT MOST OF THE OTHER CLOTHES SHOPS HAVE SOME NICE THINGS...

- that one opposite the nationwide building society, menswear shop, dead dear but really good quality. Bought a kashmere coat once, great it was. Got nicked at a party though! Bastards!

- New Look is good ( what else) and that new shop in the in door ~ market called " Voir "... and try claires accessiores for clips and stuff...
- Russell Kellar - the wildest shirts in Cheshire and some top names. The Bunker Room - top quality, top names , top prices -TOP!
- Nothing much really, apart from the normal High Street stores.
- Army and Navy Store is expensive. Spivveys Web (Chestergate) is good for oddball and alternative type stuff. I guess the Private Shop on Chestergate will do any bizarre stuff you want.
