• the town was one but now closed.
• Maesteg Town Hall has a cinema but it's old and sucks. The nearest and best place is the Odeon cinema in Sarn which is about 15 minutes away.
• dont bother!!maesteg is crap for films, the town hall used to show films but about 6 months after it came out.waste of time.you will be better off if you go to the odeon in bridgend

• The Town hall used to have a crappy Cinema where the films were showing like a few weeks after Video and DVD release

• BUS TRIP TO THE ODEON
• There is ocaisionally an ot of date film on in the town hall. Other than that theres a bus you can take to Bridgend.
• Maesteg Town Hall. A small but nice cinema even though the films are shown there 5 weeks after everywhere else!
• THE TOWN HALL CINEMA IS SHYTE AND THERE IS NOTHING TO DO !!!!!!!

• Odean in sarn is a beast of a cinema. Ask mr Ed Laskey whats hot.
• There was a cinema club at the Town Hall. Yet with a multi-plex only 6 miles away in Sarn there's all the new releases there.
• Once A Week On Wednsdays Maestegs One And Only Televisions Is Brought Out To The Delight Of the Local People To Watch Just Half An Hour Of A Television Programe Of Their Choice That Was Voted For The Week Before
• Bridge-end is the best, Maesteg cinema is crap, Amusement arcade in maesteg
• Once a long time ago I worked there, good to see a film on a large screen close to home or pubs!!

• The cinema in Maesteg is getting better now as it goes along it's taken like 3 or 4 years to get this way but The Odeon in Bridgend is obviously the better option.

• Odeon Multiplex Cinema opening in Sarn (7 miles away) November 1998
• Well, there is always the Town Hall, which only seems to show films on a Wednesday night - the actual cinema is now a "Happy Clappy" Christian-type centre for wierdos! Opening in October will be the Odeon Cinema in the Pines, Sarn.
• Maesteg Town Hall shows one film a month, usually one that's been around for an age. Best cinemas are at UCI Swansea, UCI Cardiff Bay (VERY nice), or McArthur Glenn, Bridgend.
