- seriously the ruskin is so rat infested don't go in if you value your health. leaking toilets, abusive landlord and his family, claims to be a rock venues but they hate rockers
- Ruskin Arms just down the road from East Ham Station has had live music for years. Even metal legends Iron Maiden played there before they were famous. Has recently been repainted and is getting some really good bands in there lately after a dry spell last year.
