Record Shops
- There is a music shop just opposite the old cinema but its not much cop if your looking for the latest releases..its more country music. You are best of heading to a bigger town like Kings Lynn or Peterborough if you want latest music.
- Nearest shop to March where you can buy some proper 12" DnB or Hardcore is Peterborough - a good 20+ miles away.
- if you like country music then try the shop down nene parade, otherwise your buggered!
- a new record shop in march.....sounds good music,just by the river and the ship pub.don't do chart ,but do a wide range of jazz,blues,country,irish and rock.also do books.will order the out of the ordinary.dvds and videos,
yes its my shop!we are also trying to help local bands and clubs...have tried to recreate the old record shop type.
- theres one near somerfield, and he can order in CDs cant remember the name tho.
- Don't complain about Woolies gobbling up the independent guys. Keith of the late, unlamented Keith's records actually imposed a ten pence surcharge on all copies of "Do They Know it's Christmas?" What a charmer.
- we had a few good record stores years ago, but that lovely corporate giant woolworths swallowed them all, sorry
