The Best Things
- Village life. Closeness to a fantastic coast line (particularly if you have dogs and enjoy nature).
- chhep houses cuz its onnly 1 hr from central london.
- Steeple road, the only way out.
- being conected to the internet to look at properties outside of this drug infested hole!

the not so many buses that sumtimes make the effort to get u out of mayland to maldon or chelmsford ect...
the sea/sea wall - sum where to go and relax at.
- Terrorising small quantitys of Herberts.
- The river and the surrounding coastline ... there is so much to see and do in Mayland if you have the intelligence to open your eyes and look. We have a gorgeous river offering all sorts of watersports. Fossils are abundantly evident in areas around the seawall and we have an amazing history.
