- The Cutting Room is a great place to meet up for a night out, can even get some good food there too! not full of fresh faced people but mid twenty somethings just having fun, there was a time where you couldnt fart in this pub with out being asked to leave but it has a more relaxed approch now. Good night out if you ask me , good looking bar staff too !!
- Mash tub sells hoegardden and absinthe and has good sound, plays a lot of crap though.
- the crown, esp for a steak on a tues weds and thurs night. the cutting rooms nice for a drink, service is a bit slow with food, but worth the wait.
- The Kings Head has been refurbished and is looking great! a great atmosphere with sum heavy bouncers on the doors on saturday nights. I'll take my hat off to the resident DJ who tends to make me shake myself round the bar to the awesome beats. The White Lion has come alive! Student Nights on tuesday are brilliant, a £1 a drink, its midweek mayhem! The Mash Tub is far too small with far too many ppl in it, good tho! The Cutting Room is a guddun, full of 30 sumthing ppl just there for a jolly good drink and its either football or rugby on the screens! crap food though!
- Harborough Hotel is a big one. And next door, The Boat Inn is a nice little pub.
- the one near where i live, cant remember the name. one called the anne of cleves near the park - DH
- Kings Head is full of middle-aged scallies, as is the White Lion. Go to either of these town venues to get pushed about by fat balding 40 yr old hooligans dressed like 14 yr olds. Suspiciously watery lager is available at either of these two locations for discounted prices.
- The White Lion - Nottingham St excellent pub for the younger set with music videos etc. Cheap but good
meals regular special offers. Nice busty barmaid.The Ann of Cleaves is excellent for food but mature clientelle catered for.
- The Golden Fleece full of charm.
The fox is nice too
