• Who ever said gornies hill needs to be bombed hmmmmm i did it the other week and cracked mi head open but ive done it loads of times in the past lol Fuck all else to skate nowadays since bus station has been skateproofed :( but like they say use your imagination and you can skate anywhere :D

• park road school is a rad spot to skate, local talents such as craig,daz,chezwick and that funny looking chinese kid skate up there everynight, the mecky skate crew are rad check them out
• erm theres a gap round the back of the hospital and some stairs round the back of st johns school n theres a pretty cool bank to sub behind the youth club

• TESCOS CAR PARKS GOT A SMOOTH SURFACE ON THE ROOF THERES ALSO A GUD FLAT BANK ON IT . INSIDE THERES SMALL SLOPING WALLS STARTING OFF AT BOUT 3 FT GOING DOWN TO BOUT 1 FT GUD FOR BOARD SLIDING.AT THE MARKETS (PYRAMIDS FOR ALL YOU LOCALS)THERE IS A ORIGHT BANK WITH A DESCENT 3 SET. THE BUS STATION GOT A GUD 5 OR 6 SET SUMING LIKE THAT. HARD FLIPPED THAT IT WAS A BEAST. BEN BAILIES GOT SMOOTH CAR PARK NOT MUCH ELSE. THERS A SK8PARK UP @ HIGHWOODS CRAP AS F**K THOUGH DENABYS GOT A NEW PARK DESENT BETTER FOR THOSE CHUNKS OF METAL ON WHEELS THEY CALL BMX'S THOUGH. KILNHURST'S GOT GUD PARK CALLED BOARD STUPID IF UR STUPID ENOUGH NOT HAVE HEARD OF IT. CANT BE A***D TO PUT ANY MORE DOWN

• in mekky thers 5 footdrop near somerfields try doing a 50 50 stall off it it's buzzing.

• Mexborough Bus Station has a big set of steps that are cool to ollie, with a waist high rail that gives a fast slippy boardslide. The curbs at the bus station are about a foot high, and usually are good fun has natural little kicker things - if nothing they are are fun--dont get run over by buses. Round the back of Ben Bailey building there used to be a good drop, but now there is a wall to ollie over before the drop, must have a good pop! There is also some steps coming from the small building at the side that I have tailslided. Mexborough trainstation bit has crap bank to curb in the carpet shop bit, can be fun for a while. There is a new skatepark at the highwoods, down towards manvers but its shit, more for BMXers.

• God. Brings me back to memories of The Roxy @ Swinton (Now The Cafe Sport). Amazing place. R.I.P. Any local enrepeneurs wanna re-kindle summat the kids will love? (I might even get an Alva board again with tracker trucks and Bones wheels :D )

• Go down cobblers lane if you dont mind a few minor bumps and a 80 degree slope, we conquered it, yeah baby. the hospital food was bad but it was well mad
• Mexborough is crap for skateboarding. Tesco's carpark is o.k
• Going dow pit street hill was a bit bumpy - as was the cobblestoned one near to Dolcliffe Common. Other than that, we had plenty of hills for skateboarding.
• The park. play dodge the beer bottle, piss-head, dog-shit.
• Banks, benches, steps good for rail-sliding. Little slopes, good smooth surface and a bank to wall
