Corner eateries, quick bites and the local chippy

You can tell us more about Mildenhall.

Cheap Food
  • en-thai-sing does not good with take aways you have to eat in to enjoy it. If you are in a large group they give you bigger portions dont know why.
  • dragon house is a great place for chinese, the white harp is a great place for carvery
  • KFC. Rapid decline in last few years from fair to shitty. Lack of staff means that they are sometimes unable to even open! Smells awful, staff alone are enough to put you off the food substitute they serve up, and as for cleanliness don't get me started...... Somebody pleeeeeease rescue this place. (KFC Area manglers take note.) Snushalls. Bit of a lottery whether it'll be good or er, not so good. When it's good it's good, etc...... More effort please lads. Kebab Shop. Last time I went here it was clean, the food was great, the staff were friendly enough, yeah, I like.
  • john's fish&chips its a van that drives around and sales fish& chips, chicken and great sauages
  • KFC IN THE TOWN CENTRE GREASY KEBAB SHOP CHINESE TAKEAWAY
  • Snushalls chip butties!
  • Gandhi Tandoori Restaurant & Takeaway
  • Snushalls(near Bussens and parkins) does some great fish and chips.
  • The "carvery" across the street from The Tigers Head is known as The White Hart or was back in the 80"s. Bill and Pearl ran the place (formerly from The Ship)
  • Can't remember the name of the hotel but it's right across the street from the Tiger's Head pub. They have a great "carvery" meal. Real home cooked food and lots of it. A must try!
  • Decent Indian in High Street
  • If you are hungry then the Cobbles Restaurant is excellent but pricey. As is the Riverside Hotel in Mill Street. There are also a few Chinkys in Police Station Square.
