Cinemas

• (2007) If you can drive the best cinema in the vecinity is the fantasticly large complex called "VUE" (formally Warner Village) in Cribbs Causeway (Bristol) if you cant drive you might have to settle for the bus into clevedon or broadmead to go to the odeon where children throw popcorn at your head all through the films, YAY!.
• clevedon is nearest but ide rather go to bristol
• NO, used to be a cinema at scotch horn but it was really school chairs and a projector, closest cinema is the Odeon in clevedon
• well the nearest is the clevedon curzon wiv an amazin one screen. But if u researh the history of nailsea, they used to have a cinema in the scotch horn, showing the likes of BABE the sheep pig! (well it was kinda a cinema...more like a tv wiv about 12 seats around it)
• hengrove. cheap, bit nasty, bit close to hartcliffe, but still good and cheap, and quiet.
• There is no cinema since the one at Scotch Horn stopped (many years ago). Nearest is The Curzon in Cleavdon or Cineworld in Hengrove.
• Yea there shuld be a cinema.....bring back the old Skotch Horn one i say!

• Long gone if you want to watch the latest film then your best bet is to head out of town to the numerous multi-plexes scattered around. There used to be a cinema where the 3D club is/was whatever. Once watched 'Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade' there, it was grrreat! Was one at 'The Horn' Scotch Horn, but that went too. Watched 'Batman 2' and 'Hook' brilliant!. Also went there for our Christmas film with Nailsea School to watch 'Twister' and 'What's Eating Gilbert Grape' which was nice...
• Nearest one is in Clevedon - The Curzon. This is a quality cinema (read sarcastically) that considers itself to have had a good night if it gets more than 10 people through the doors. A couple of years ago it banned a movie called the Big Swap that was filmed in Clevedon as it put the place in a bad light due to the content being about wife swapping ('though Clevedon wasn't mentioned in the flick at all!)
• curzon isnt too far away, i think its good and cheap
• scotch horn does movies but the seating is all on one level so you can see a thing.
• In the sports centre. Great if you like you films with smellovision.
• HEE. HEE. YOU USED TO GE A NICE CUPPA IN THE INTERVAL AT SCOTCH HORN!

• used to be but closed done coz no one went to it
• Nailsea cinema's opening again soon.
