• The TRiple B Bar & Grill, 7-9 Bridge Street, Newhaven 01273 510888 Retro restaurant serving wicked hand made burgers (from organic mince). Range of snacks, chicken, steaks fish & salads together with Italian Ice Cream. Operates on continental basis so you can have a coffee or drink at the bar, snack or full meal (wicked bar stools). Little music from this century with Iron Maiden being the honourable exception.
• Brewsters at the drove serve a lovely over-done reheated ready meal with lashings of MSG all for the sum of £7.95 Or try macdonalds where inbred families allow their kids to run riot.
• Newhaven Burger/Pizza place in South Road usually takes about an hour to deliver anything. Bursa/I like a Pizza are probably the best.
• If you don't like curry or kebabs, then you won't like Newhaven.
• Indians and a Chinese. Pizza and kebabs. All horrific. We have a large food poisoning alert centre here.
• The best chippie is Horaces, Chapel street.
• McDonalds is down by Sainsburys.
• A particularly unique cuisine from Newhaven called "Shite"

• A kebab house, a pizza house in the town centre, and an excellent Kebab house in South Road
• Villa Adriana - Fort Road. Consistent quality, Italien themed, 2 bars, rooms, terrace with harbour views.
• The Drove (Travel Inn & pub), excellent food for kids & adults, also provides accommodation. Overlooks picturesque Sainsburys car park.
• A few bad takeaways. used to be a pretty good chipie in south road
