- Tideway school!! Although I hear that may actually happen soon
- Quite a bit, really. Sorry. At least that blasted car park.
- Somerfield in the town centre. The roof is nearly caving in.
- Iveagh Crescent - awful place inhabited by druggies.
- Newhaven Railway club, the home to many a Gypo.
- The Health Centre. Evil 1960's design.
- Lewes Town Hall
- The entire place
- Station (inbound)
- Gibbon road

- Town Council ( Its a hovel)
- The new Southdown School, it looks like a modern day Marks and Spencers
- err - most of it needs total renovation - no jobs to be had
- Tideway School - It's ugly. It's a waste of space. It's like a prison. It deserves to die.
- So-called Arts Centre, formally a Library. Run by pseuds, in a dilapidated state, receives far too much in grants from the one-party state that is the local Council
- All those boarded up Victorian houses on the main road - makes Newhaven look like a dump.
