- the skateboard bowl was filled in with earth and grassed over 2 years ago, as there was an old lady that lived nearby,that didnt like the noise and complained to the council who filled it in just after building a stupid all weather basketball area which is never used
- year 2000. skateboards are out, new basketball court is in.
- Early nineties experiment in concrete. Street area with curbs at one end is a bit of a joke (way too small); concrete spine thing, tight about 2' high with metal coping; transitioned bank section ranging from 3.5' up to 6.5' (pretty mellow), coping on tall section; banked corners and end wall. Filled in back in '93 -- but 1996 rumours are that it's skateable again.
