• There is a dance center on the college grounds near the racecourse and the gym Betterbodies is good for body builder types. Near betterbodies there is a judo and karate skool.
• NTFC, of course.
• I like to keep fit in different ways, but I play rugby
• My ex used to play for ON's, they're good.I dunno sorry....
• Good rugby and cricket. shame about the football. also there is all the motorsport at silverstone especially the grandprix

• the best swimming pool would be danes camp. the best bowls club has to be northampton indoor in kingsthorpe. rugby, definately the saints and for football, the cobblers r the best.
• Stock-car racing at Brafield Stadium: It's been going for 50 years, tough no-nonsense cars and drivers. See my history-photo-archive www.oldstox.com The late Aubrey Leighton of Earls Barton was world champion in 1957, and a great racer and 'character' in the sport.
• Northampton Saints are brilliant and full of sexy sexy men. Also 4 of the players played for England last year. They are beeeeyootiful. Northampton's footy team are a joke, however.
• "The Saints Rugby Football Club" - quality new stadium complete with quality supporters (you don't get any football hooligans here) "Towcestrians RFC" - we rule
• Abington Park. Sunday Morning. Pitch 1. The Theatre of Comedy and Wet Dreams. Dynamo for the cup........

• NCAAC Gymnastics Club. Permanent gymnastics centre that trains gymnasts from 18 months in the pre-school sessions "GymBugs", to around 14 years old in the recreational sessions. Also trains gymnasts up to national competition level. Training sessions held at 4, Clayfield close, Moulton Park, Northampton.
