• The post office always has a million little kids outside it.
• Echoes. The dodgiest little set of benches in the dodgiest grey concrete hut. Between the Post Office and Fairplace church. Lovely. Has been demolished now. Can't remember what it's been replaced with even though I live in Okehampton.
• Simmons Park - the old pavilion by the tennis courts
