Buskers, Street Entertainers
- Theres a large old guy who walks around, all year round, in a huge rain coat carrying a hand bag. Can normally be found roaming the outskirts of the town rummaging through bins. Looks like a mutant from 'Stalker' or something!
- Some random woman whos always in royton precinct pissed up!
- Two main street entertainers, the Alki Guitarist with three strings on his Guitar, He's a great bloke who will sit and tell kids of the evils of drink! If they ask. Also Flute playing ex-hippy, I think it's a case of "Name That Tune" Great for entertainment while eating your chips on the back of woolies steps.
- Re the guy wandering up hill and down dale in full combat gear, searching in the waste bins as he wends his way. I know who he is........you'd be surprised!!!!
- 'Tony the Chisel' from 'Lemonade' anyone?
- i herd some tramps on yorkshire st go home in their own jags!
- A cavalcade of schizophrenics, drunkards and mirth. Watch out for the neo-nazi with snappy dress sense (pinstriped suit), and the schizo whose alter ego has a squeaky voice, and goes by the name of ''Philip''
- Johnny Harper Jr. Nephew of the great Bobby Ball. I LOVE YOU JOHNNY!
- There's a bloke that was around in about June/July 2000 that I've not seen for a while. He used to sit opposite Boots and sing Beatles songs. Nice bloke too.
- There are some werid people, All they seem to do is travel on the buses, Do you know the GOD lookalike tramp. If you have you will know who I mean.
- Plenty of street entertainers in Werneth. (Scum buckets!)
- Occasionaly you'll see someone trying to be entertaining in the High Street on a Saturday afternoon in the name of charity.. be ready with your lose change.
- hawkers selling lighters, ("Get your lighters here! Five for a pound, five for a pound!") or, come christmas, santa hats.
