Skateboarding Spots
- the skate park altough chavs are taking it over.
- There is quite a good ramp selection in the skate park. Don't skate but it looks cool
- there is a skate park at the back arse end of corry park but is populated by a load of 12 year olds who think its oh-so-hard to skate (when you see them they are usually going on their arses down the ramp by two saints!)
- Ormskirk's population is mainly made up of elderly people. This means there will be a number of rampts for you to skateboard on.
- the park by the swiming pool has a cool new park
- Council Registry Office
- Post Office, Morrissons handrails, Beads School.
- The Skate park in Corri Park
- No skateboard spots but there is a crazy guy who can be seen on his roller blades at the same time every night skating around the clock tower, i should also mention that this guy is in his 60's ledgend!
- Well skateparks off the list cos of skallies (1ce agen) so id say down the train staion an bus stations da best places 2 go. Outside the police station rox 2
- The new skatebord park that's opened in Coronation Park, pretty cool if you're a skater. It's kinda like a repellant for skallies, 'arr eh no man! ders too many f-ing mosheeerrz down der lar!'
- Various schools... primary school near Safeway, hella mellow bank and some good benches, and nice smooth ground. High school - steps, rails, gaps, picnic benches, banks....dead nice to skate and chilled out. By the McCorporate and those shops, downhill run and some steps near there as well. Also in the town centre another downhill run and ledges by the Post Office, and hella steep banks by the train station.
- Try the front of the Policae station. Lovely undulating red brick paving.
- the nearest good run is the Beacon at Parbold the problem is the've put speed traps at the bottom.
