• Over run of students. Edge Hill call it a day already stop bein so greedy your pushin all of us away. I dont wanna sit next to a gang of baby faced knobs who cant handlle their ale and doin everything they can to act like the biggest dick on earth just to crack a smile from their peers. Honestly guys just fuck off Ormskirk doesn't want you here. Left Bank, Cafe Bar, Day and Night, the swan!!!!!!
• No cinema or bowling :(
• the cafe bar
• The smack heads
• chavs.........
• One way system and mad roads surrounding main area
• Arriba: Everything that is Bad and Wrong about British Pub Culture. The 'manager', a comedy chimp in a flash suit is a buffoon. The One Way System: Don't even think about trying to drive around it on a sunny day - you won't be able to as all the cretins are off to Sunny Southport.
• hbeing so close the skem you can nearly smell the scum
• Bargin Booze opening hours.
• the studos acting like pricks every damn night when you just want to get to the bar without having a drunken lout shouting at you after two pints of cider.
• One way system during rush hour
• Being able to walk down the street any time and day and seeing people you know.
• shops - not the best selection around

• TROUBLE MAKERS
• full of scallies, especially minging young mothers like sarah m and lisa B
• Look out for a she-man fondly known as Hobo. average height, slghtly overweight, u'll smell it before u c it, long hair, likes to ask young girls what perfume they are wearing and continue to sniff their necks. Often seen carrying cheese and onion pizza's and pastys (buy from sayers they rok :D), common hangout -the bus station. If you do see it- RUN RUN RUN FOR YOUR LIFE. Alos, avoid the parc and macdonalds after dark becausr its scally central. Be on your guard if youre not wearing lacoste or sum other such chav-itised label. Subway dont lyk you having cheese on your sarnies, but they do let you stay there all day on only one cookie :D

• Parking on a market day
• It's a arse to get to on the train. And costs way too much.
• House prices are too high. The older population has very fixed views and are convinced that the way they do things is the only right way. The council seem to have this very old fashioned view too- the young should be seen and not heard. Seems like the Scott Estate children are having to go further afield since cameras were introduced on their patch. Nowhere to swim while Park Pool is being done up. Nowhere local for children to skate, skateboard, or do anything other than be a nuisance during the hols.
• The Arriba & it's Manager.
• The Arriba, the manager thinks he's well ard, talks gangster slang on his moble outside of the pub - he's really asking his Mum what she's made for his tea and if he can stay out and play.
• crap pubs and clubs
• no where to drink til really late, arribas bobbins and shuts at 1, venture to southport for a later license, and the clientel hasnt overcome youthful acne yet
• if u stand at bargain booze towards the bus station way look towards clock tower you cant see the time beacause there trees in the way!
• Snobby scousers trying to hide their accents whilst shopping. Shandy drinkin students crowding all the bars talking about their dissertations! If they're so intellegent why have they ended up in Ormskirk, of all places, doing a degree?
• The idiots that drink here, annoy us and then get a taxi back to where they come from!
• It is run by the Blue Rinse comitee and until the archaeologists get hold of them it will still never be more than a big village.

• Sometimes it smells Crap nightlife - especially in summer when all the uni students go home Old people who walk around slowly on market day who you can't get past Not enough clothes shops No cinema, bowling
• NO CINEMA OR BOWLING
• The scallys hanging around the town centre and the bus station. Whee do they all come from?!
• No nightlife. The boredom. The rain. The n-e-a-r-l-y scouse accents. Pigeons dumping everywhere. Whenever I tell anyone where I live they just stare open-mouthed and say "where..? is that in Britain?"
• old people driving around cluttering up the roads
• Arriving in town.
• The jerks who fight on New Years eve at the clock tower.
• The increasing number of scallys that hang around trying to be 'ard (especially in the bus station).
