• Zuccis by macjacs, sell lots of good designer stuff - Lyle and Scott, Lacoste etc, though seems to be in the permenant presence of a red headed lad in his manc clothes looking like hes just stepped out of the terraces in the 80s
• Zucci - Sell obscure labels like Fjall Raven, Lyle and Scott and CP Company. Not open much mind. Always seems to be some ginger lad from morda hanging around it buying everything in the shop
• many charity shops. but there are some high street shops here
• Best designer names are found in Catalogue surplus which just about sums Oswestry up.
• Plenty of charity shops and your usual brand chains I'm afraid.

• Frank Lloyd's (by the Catalogue Shop) sells brands such as Hooch, Bench, Go Virginity, Kangaroo Poo, Quicksilver and Lambretta, to name but a few. Has a decent men's section a step up from the women's. Rock Bottom, opposite Boots (blink and you miss it - the entrance is tiny) stocks some really cute stuff (ladies' only) and is mostly very cheap. Earthlink (formerly known as Riffraff's) sells a small selection of more hippy, pagan style clothes, mostly expensive, but very nicely made. There are also collections of nifty patterned tights and stockings, and head gear (hair accessories, bandanas, headscarves etc)

• Oswestry is full of clones - there isn't any variety of clothes shops, so everybody shops at new look and goes on a saturday night looking like twins
• The shop next to the Catalogue Centre has some superb garments in it. If you want a t-shirt with a photo of some womanly assets on it then that's your best bet.
