  • Antiques on High and Crafts on High! Great mixed Antiques Centre with so many things and Gallery with the work of local artists . Lots of Pots, Glass, Pictures, Textiles and gorgeous original jewellery! Open every day 01865-251075
  • The centre of Oxford houses Modern Art Oxford. I have seen some cool stuff there. The Angela Bulloch exibition was very inspiring to me as an art student.
  • Little Clarendon Street is the street that 'tries'. Bless. Inbred wealthy people shop here to be seen shopping here rather than for actually buying anything. Shops don't change because each item is so highly priced that the sale of just one provides the salaries of those inbred employeers for the remainder of the year. It's a bit like Comic Relief but with a more capitalist angle.
  • Museum of Modern Art - Pembroke Street. Tres Trendy!
  • little claredon street and the covered market
  • There is a little Art Gallery called The Ark. It is held in John Bunyan Baptist Church, Beauchamp Lane, Cowley. They have some decent original paintings and scupltures by local artists for Sale in there at reasonable prices. I can assure you the works good - Mainly because my Mum displays some of her work there!
  • From a romantic rose to a posy for your mum. Mackenzies Florist is the place to go. Up to the minute, modern designs by an expert team of florists. Getting married? Having a party? Venue decoration is a speciality. Fun, tasteful. It's up to you. These people know what they're doing! Check out their online shop at www.mackenziesflorist.co.uk or go and visit them at 22 fairfax centre, Oxford Road, Kidlington. 01865 372649
  • Otherworld Celtic Jewelry, on Blue Boar Street (alley next to City hall), one block below High. Celtic jewelry, incense, candles, clothing, books, etc. reasonable prices & unique styles. proprietress knowledgeable in use of magickal items sold in shop.
