I am looking for my stepbrother. He would be 56-57 yrs old now. My father, Robert "Gordon" Cole, was stationed at Aldershot during WWll, 1943-44. He was a gunnar instructor in the Canadian Armored Corps. While there he would go into London on his leaves and there he met a love. I would like to thank my Aunt Joan in Peacehaven for sending me this special book for Christmas Published and personally signed by Malcolm Troak of Peacehaven. Thankyou Malcolm for your thoughtfulness and dedication to this project. If a hug and a kiss could reach so far it would make its way to you. This book of tribute will be treasured for many generations to come.

Hi, I am writting from Stoney Creek, Canada and I am looking for any information about my Uncle Charles who died during WW2. Charles Henry Forsyth Flight Sergeant W.Op./Air Gnr. of 180 Squadron., Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve died on Friday, January 7th, 1944. He rests at Grave 627 Newhaven Cemetery in family plot with mother Marian Elizabeth Allman died Oct 17, 1974.

I live in Santa Barbara California but was born on
Abbey Rd.Kemptown Brighton. My parents moved to Peacehaven and later to Nottingham, this was in the early 1930's. Would love to hear from anyone who knew my parents, Harvey and Peggie Short.
