The Best Things

• everything is great, the people, the town, the parks and churches...its a shame there are some people here tho that have to ruin it "the best thing is being in Australia and not in Penarth....." < who sounds like a total twat
• The size.... the people who work in the shops know what you usually have... The fast food stuff.... OK they ain't open very late like Cardiff.. but there's six takeaway places in Glebe St within 100 yards.
• the labour club when the royal was open !!!
• Going down the cliff tops in the middle of the night. or going down the end of the pier and jumping over the railings and going down underneath where you can see the underbelly and the sea at your ankles.
• lots and lots of skaters!
• umm...some...you know..the...err...they...you see...nothing.
• chocolate

• Gimber Motors,
• Bay View Holiday Park, we have spent a few braeks there. A clean, well run park. Staff are friendly and helpful, as are the majority of residents. Hire chalets are excellent and reasonably priced.Drinks in the club are quite cheap. But,, look out for two ageing female vipers who frequent the club. Also two tennies who spend their evenings kicking a semi deflated football in the WW11 O/gun post ajacent to the site. Other than that, a great spot

• The Info Shop can help you find the best things in Penarth, or anywhere else for that matter
• Churches' Top Quality Greengrocers and florists on Glebe Street, Cracking!
• Saddlers, stocks game and sold at a good price. Lush's is OK apart from the sometimes steakless pies and miserable service.
• The railway pub I suppose

• attention skateboarders! the new washington steps are actually better for skating than the old ones! ha ha, we win!
• The new steps in front of the Washingto . Stops the Scateboarders
• All day breakfast and a pint of Stella for less than four quid in the Windsor.
• Sadlers butchers, near the train station which still sells game. Williams the baker.
• The Westbourne Guesthouse, best place to stay. Nice friendly family runs the place, best breakfast I've ever tasted. great evening menu and bar to socalise, have to be a resident or be in with the owner though. Proprietors : Brian & Mary Hardiman
• hiding in the bushes and shooting dogs with an airgun while they crap by my front gate
• Quiet pleasant town, but convenient for Cardiff and airport.
• Lots of large,luxurious parks.
• It's quite close to cardiff
• Night-time strolls along the esplanade, when you can't see the colour of the water
• Beach.
• Not stepping in a turd for a whole day??
