- Karate - Mondays from 7 pm at the Temperance Hall, Lower Market street, Penryn. Traditional karate and martial arts tuition for male and female, adults and children (from age 8). Fun, fitness and self defence. All instructors have enhanced CRB disclosure and are fully ensured. Members of the Federation of English Karate Organisations and Karate England.

- The Penryn Sandokai Karate Club meets Monday evenings in the Temperence Hall, Lower Market Street at 7 pm. A long established club with a nationally qualified senior instructor who has been teaching in Cornwall since 1978, the club is fun and challenging for all.
