- Simon Taylor (Scotland Rugby team) and Ewan McGregor are both from Crieff.
- Well Ewan McGregor was born in PRI, along with the rest of Perthshire!!!!

- Sam Brown (80s singer most famous for Stop) and Ewan McGregor's folks live just outside
- Brian Soutar, Stagecoach millionaire lives here.

- Ewan McGregor is originally from just outside Perth, and I think his mum still works at the theatre.
- Referee Jon Anderson from TV"s Gladiators lives only five minutes up the road.

- Phil Kay is from Glasgow- jist cos he passed through Perth once does not mean that he lives here.
- The VIP bar in the Ice Factory sees some fairly famous people - but that would be telling.......they don't call it a VIP bar for nothing........I promise you!!!
- Locally everyone refers to messing up as pulling a "Stubbs". He is a big-time loser.
